VC3101: CSS structure problem
Something in the CSS's structure is off: a { that never closes, a } with no {, a rule with no selector, a declaration outside any rule, or an unclosed string or comment. Browsers drop what they can't read, which often takes the following rules with it.
How to fix
Fix the structure at the position shown. A block's Styles are rendered inside its own rule, so declarations at their top level are fine there.
