VC2091: System block override is missing a standard parameter

This block customizes a system block, so it has to keep the system block's standard parameters: pages, other sites and agents rely on setting them. This one doesn't declare one of them.

How to fix

Add the <parameter> declaration back, with the same name and type. The markup can use it however it likes, or not at all, and the default and display text can change.
