VC2084: data-anchor-parameter is deprecated

data-anchor-parameter binds a link without declaring it, so it can't be edited in Block Properties.

How to fix

Declare <parameter name="x" type="anchor"> and use href="@block.x.href", target="@block.x.target", data-link-id="@block.x.link-id" and @block.x.text. The fix does this.
