VC2082: data-parameter is deprecated

data-parameter shows a parameter without declaring it, so it has no type, label or checks.

How to fix

Declare <parameter name="x" type="..."> with the element's content as its body, and replace the content with @block.x. The fix does this, for one element or the whole block. An element whose whole content is @block.x is still edited on the page.
