VC2070: <option>s aren't valid

The <option>s aren't valid: they're on a type that has no options (only single-select and multi-select do), two have the same value, one has no value, or one has an icon but no label.

How to fix

Make the parameter single-select or multi-select, give each option its own value="...", and put the label in its text. An option with an icon needs the label too: it's the icon's tooltip.
