VC2069: Attribute repeats the built-in default

This attribute on a built-in parameter (extraClasses, extraCss, layoutClasses, layoutStyles, anchorId) repeats what every block already has, so it changes nothing.

How to fix

Remove it. A declaration only needs what's different from the default.
